Do not use Networks Expansion to create, copy, or publish harmful 'information including:' 1) Exaggerated titles inconsistent with content; 2) Hyping scandals or misconduct; 3) Inappropriate commentary on disasters; 4) Sexual suggestive content; 5) Bloody, horrifying, or cruel content; 6) Inciting discrimination; 7) Promoting vulgar content; 8) Content that may cause minors to imitate unsafe behavior; 9) Other content harmful to internet ecology.
